Kaeleigh is a Partner in Osler’s highly regarded Competition and Foreign Investment Group. Kaeleigh has extensive experience in all aspects of competition law and has advised on many of Canada’s most high profile and complex transactions. Kaeleigh’s competition law expertise also includes matters relating to strategic alliances and joint ventures, abuse of dominance, pricing and distribution, marketing and advertising, and criminal conspiracy and bid rigging matters. Kaeleigh has experience in conducting internal investigations and assisting clients respond in real-time to investigations by the Competition Bureau and other agencies. Kaeleigh represents clients across a broad range of industries, including energy and mining, manufacturing, entertainment, consumer products, transportation, technology, telecommunications and real estate.
Kaeleigh also provides strategic advice relating to foreign investment matters, including net benefit and national security reviews under the Investment Canada Act.
Kaeleigh is active in the National Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section of the Canadian Bar Association. Kaeleigh is the current vice-chair of the Foreign Investment Review Committee and is the past Chair of the Reviewable Matters/Unilateral Conduct Committee, the Mergers Committee, the Legislation and Competition Policy Committee and the Young Lawyers Committee. Kaeleigh is also past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Competition Law Spring Symposium.
